The International Sociological Association (ISA) Research Committee 19 (RC19) “Poverty, Social Welfare and Social Policy” annual conference this year was organized by the Institute of Sociology of the Lithuanian Center for Social Sciences. The conference took place in Vilnius on August 24-26, 2022. Scientists from Canada, the USA, Estonia, Italy, Israel, Japan, Norway, Germany, Switzerland, Sweden, the Czech Republic, Italy, Ireland, the Netherlands, and Lithuania presented and discussed their latest research. The conference was organized in a hybrid format, which involved a mixture of in-person and remote attendees. Congratulations to the conference organizing committee for a very successful conference!
