Mode of reorganisation: The institutes under reorganisation, i.e. the Lithuanian Social Research Centre, the Law Institute of Lithuania and the Lithuanian Institute of Agrarian Economics, shall be reorganised by way of merger into a national research institute, the Lithuanian Centre for Social Sciences.

Terminated legal entities: The institutions under reorganisation, i.e. the Lithuanian Social Research Centre, the Law Institute of Lithuania and the Lithuanian Institute of Agrarian Economics.

Budgetary institution continuing the activities after reorganisation: the national research institute Lithuanian Centre for Social Sciences.

The Lithuanian Centre for Social Sciences shall take over the rights and obligations of the Lithuanian Social Research Centre, the Law Institute of Lithuania and the Lithuanian Institute of Agrarian Economics since 1 January 2021.
